This may be of most interest to you metal heads out there who play BGPG.

Our club site has photos of our RCW game from WMMS in the spring. The terrain has actually been built for an Arnhem game in the summer.

Hope you like it.

I'm not sure where he gets the fur from - somewhere he found out from his wife I think. You can get small amounts from places like Hobbycraft but it works out much more expensive.

Thanks for the comments - I'll pass them on to Al.

Guys

The game looked great "in the flesh", and well deserved the "best game " award. With figures from a whole range of countries, period vehicles and a train, it held your interest and looked a lot of fun.

The fur grass was something else. Great effort. Well done.

I just spent some time salivating at the pics of the game. Amazing stuff. First Leuthen and now this! Many congratulations are in order for the guy who made this and the club as well. Thanks for sharing.

Swampy the figs look like Tumbling Dice. Am I on the mark here?

Theo,
Well spotted, some of the figs are TD. These are the American Interventionists and I think some of the Poles.

Other makes are B&B and IT miniatures (from Lancashire Games). The British tanks are from Emhar, the Renaults are mostly HaT, the armoured cars are from Reviresco and the train is scratch built onto a model railway chassis.

It's a great period for building lots of small armies, many of which can be used together or against many of the others.
