Hidden Ground in Salamanca

Salamanca 2003 is fast approaching and I am much looking forward to the game. If it is as professional as last year with Waterloo, the event will be truly spectacular.
My meagre scanning of the historical accounts suggest that this battle contained significant manoevering during the scenario that was effectively hidden from the enemy and produced spectacular results.
What do people feel about this being incorporated in some way into the game ??

Good morning Maturin,
I think it is a brilliant concept; the problem is how does one implement it. Short of having an umpire or two separate tables as per Kriegspiel I am not sure it can be made to work. Still, may I suggest you start a new thread on this topic because it is an interesting one and probably worth a thread of it own.
Regards,
Theofanis

I have tried mailing you off list but it bounced

If there are places left for Salamanca, I'd like to be there. I'll even be Joseph (was he there?) if no one else wants him! Actually, I don't have any particular preference.

Anyone have any ideas which hotel they will saty in?

How tricky is driving into London on a Friday evening - I've left London at that time and it was an experience I'd rather not repeat. OTOH, I'll use the train.

Pete,

Yes, a few places are still available, I'll e-mail you the bits and pieces.

Driving into the "Great Smog" shouldn't be that bad, as most are going the other way!
